- You have thirty calendar days from the date you receive your order if the item is free of use or damage of any kind, in addition to having all its original labels and/or packaging.
- The article cannot be customized.
- We do not make refunds, only exchanges.
- Changes can be made for items of different prices if the new amount is equal to or greater than the total of your ticket.
- You will need to cover the difference by one of the payment methods available at the time of the change.
- You can choose the glove with the above features, as long as we have the inventories.
How to process an exchange?
- The item must be free of use and any damage, as well as have all its labels and the original package in perfect condition. You will have to pay the shipping costs of the package. Please note that the return is not pre-paid, therefore you will be responsible for the shipping cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

- When the package arrives, we will respond via email to place an order on our page using the special coupon included in the email and that way we will make your changes. From the sending of our message of receipt of the package you have 3 days to generate your change order and send us the order number.
If you find any errors in your article (wrong size, wrong model, both) you can also request the change of the same, in which case we ask you to write to us email@example.com sending your order number and photographs of the article showing the error. In that case, the shipment is on our own and once the error is verified we will proceed.
